I AM SO STOKED FOR THE NYLC THAT I MUST TYPE IN CAPS LOCK.
Ha ha! I have to start packing this weekend, though. Not looking forward to that so much, but oh, well.
I only have one day of school this coming week, and a three day weekend right now. YAY!

...Exactly a week out from the NYLC! That's right! A week from now I will be in our nation's capital!
I am so excited. I think I might EXPLODE! :D

SO! All of my clothes shopping is DONE! And I am a week out from the NYLC as of tomorrow!
But... I've had the hiccups for eleven days now. Not fun. Augh.
Still dying from excitement, though. ^.^

T-Minus Two Weeks And Counting

I LEAVE IN TWO WEEKS! Exactly two weeks. TO THE DAY!
So excited, guys! I cannot wait to get to DC!
Not much else to report that would interest anyone...

Two hours of algebra = cranky me.
Sixteen days left to go. Someone give me some chocolate. I might explode otherwise.

Time Is Going By Too Fast...

It's just a few weeks out from when I leave. I've got most of my paperwork and such in order. I have a fair amount of my clothing and all of my electronics purchased.
So excited!
(Other things: I'm re-writing my story, and just took down the story page.
Go listen to Les Miserables (the soundtrack of the musical recorded with the original London cast). It will change your life.)

Currently:

Rocking out to Phoenix (Lisztomania, thank you very much!), thinking about what to write next, wondering about the collaboration I'm starting to become a children's book illustrator, and being TOTALLY EXCITED about the NYLC!

The Days Are Counting Down

My gosh, guys! There's just over a month left until I go off to DC! The days are going by so fast! I'm SO excited. I've got people working for my pre-conference survey and all. It's great. Seriously.
Also! I do a lot of writing in the little spare time I have (which is, sadly, late at night while insomnia is attacking). I've decided to post it! It's on the tab marked "Royalty Is Irrelevant". Tell me what you think of my creation!
I'm still here, and although school is in session, I will make an effort to keep updating.
